Ed Sargent is an industry professional with over 10 years experience. As a chef he has worked in some of London’s best loved restaurants, J. Sheekey, Scotts, Moro and The Zetter and has worked alongside the likes of Jason Atherton, Michel Roux Jnr., Mark Hix, Gary Rhodes and David Sims. He has won numerous awards from the Michelin Guide, The Good Food Guide, Hardens and the AA Guide.
As a consultant Ed has helped build, manage and promote outside catering companies, artisan cafes, restaurants and social enterprises focusing on street food.
In 2015 he moved to Sydney, Australia, and joined Merivale as Head Chef for the launch of The Newport.
He now works as Group Executive Chef for The 4 Pines Brewing Company, recently opening their newest venue The Keller Door beneath the company’s original Brew Pub in Manly.
