Fish can scare people. I don’t mean in a “it looked at me funny” kind of way, I mean in a “What on earth am I going to do with this thing?” kind of way. Although I have heard tell of fish “looking at people funny”…

But preparing and cooking fish doesn’t need to be a daunting trial. Fish is one of the most diverse, healthy and pleasurably things you can cook.
